With more than 25 years of experience, Chuck’s legal expertise spans corporate law, real estate development, family law, and venture‑backed startups. A University of Florida graduate with both an MBA and JD, he launched his own law firm in 2001 and later co‑founded CMax to merge legal strategy with high‑quality construction. His leadership fosters integrated teams of licensed professionals committed to delivering client‑driven, tech‑enabled construction and development outcomes.

Liz Kane is a versatile creative entrepreneur based in South Florida, known for her boutique salon venture Bar Bee Shop and her multimedia marketing agency Liz Kane & Co. Her expertise in videography, branding, and photography spans decades Liz has been published by a variety of creative mags, including Modern Salon as well as a large scale Art Basil show in 2015, in Wynwood. Liz brings a unique blend of artistic flair and business acumen to the Cmax team.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Ian McDaniel brings over 8 years of experience in the logistics industry to his role at CMAX. As a part of the management team, Ian oversees the logistics and materials side of the business, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently. He works closely with Chuck and Ryan to provide tailored support, whether it’s sourcing materials or solving logistical challenges on the fly. With a strong passion for creating outdoor living spaces, Ian plays a key role in helping bring CMAX’s high quality outdoor environments to life.
